ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’m starting my 18th year as a State Farm agent and have been with the company for more than 24 years. Our team is made up of seven full-time members who are passionate about helping people and creating meaningful relationships with our customers.

We offer health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off, along with a work environment that’s both hardworking and supportive. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and am actively involved with Water Step, a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean drinking water worldwide.

Our office has a great vibe, with a team ranging in age from early 20s to mid-50s (I’m the “old man” of the group). We stay busy, and we like it that way, but we also make time to celebrate both big wins and small successes. Life is too short to take too many things seriously, and family will always come first here. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Troy Coulter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
